What is the biggest world changing event?

I would say the invention of the atomic bomb. Ever since then we have been on the brink of near total world destruction. Prior to that date, the only fear of world destruction lay in the book of Revelations. Now it's real.
What is the biggest world changing event?
When it ends.
What is the biggest world changing event?
The Wheel was the best and the most important invention that changed the way of the world.
when bread was invented
I'd say the birth of Jesus. Whether or not you believe, it has affected everything for the past 2000 years.

Personally, I believe in Him.

The discovery of fire, or the wheel, or the development of sedentary agriculture were obviously very important, but were not recorded and probably happened a number of times and in a number of places, so %26quot;event%26quot; may not apply.

In recorded human history by far the largest event to date has been WWII. No other event in human history has affected so many people in so many places so greatly; and the war had the incidental effects of ushering in the jet age, the rocket age, the nuclear age, the end of the colonial period, the rise of the two superpowers and the beginning of the cold war. The world would never be the same or even resemble the pre-war world politically, culturally or economically.
At the moment it's Global Warming.
