In all likelihood, yes. I don't think plate shifting will have any effect over the next 50 years, since the plates will move very little in that time. Regardless, climate is always changing and it will continue to do so. We must simply adapt as there is essentially nothing we can do about it.

it is very likely that climate change will be quite major in 50 years. Also flooding will be more likely as ice bergs will melt this could coclude that lower level cities lke London and others round the world will start to fall under the sea! Something does need to be done.
